Absolutely. Depending on the size of the item, we can create a custom piece just for you or your loved one.

Our average manufacturing time is 4-6 weeks. If something unforeseen happens or there is a shortage of materials, it may take longer; you will be informed if there are any issues. We do our absolute best to meet the 4–6-week timeline.

Yes, you can. Let us know what you’d like engraved when placing your order.

Usually, it is not a problem to resize jewellery. Most rings will size up or down about two sizes. If your ring needs to be bigger or smaller than that, it is possible through soldering, but this involves some risk; the ring or the set may be damaged. After a certain size increase, you may incur an oversize charge (depending on how big the ring is).

Yes, we clean all our jewellery in-house with special compounds and ultrasonic machines.

We take all major credit cards.

We offer financing to qualifying jewellers that have special financing rates. For more information, see the Carry Cadman page or contact us to discuss your options.

Cadman’s return policy is as follows:

• All returns must include the original invoice number.
• All goods 18 months or older will be subject to a 25% restocking charge.
• All goods less than 18 months must include the original invoice number. If for any reason there is no invoice, there will be a 25% restocking fee.

Since 1932, Cadman has marked all our creations with a CMC emblem, signifying our vow to accept it back at any point, give it some TLC if needed, or resize it when it gets handed down. We offer a lifetime guarantee against breakage on all our wedding bands. We do not do appraisals in house; however, feel free to have a third party appraise your item.

Currently, Cadman does not offer coverage for personal items. However, there are many third parties that will insure a Cadman ring. More generally, missing jewellery can often be covered by house insurance.

You can feel good that Cadman diamonds are conflict-free diamonds. We only purchase diamonds from professional members of the diamond trade. We do not sell “blood diamonds.”

It depends on what you’re looking for. Lab-created diamonds has less “flaws” and are more affordable, but earth diamonds are a traditional choice and an incredible work of nature.
