The promise of our product quality is one we stand behind, and it’s a guarantee that lasts a lifetime. We’ve meticulously marked every Cadman creation with a CMC emblem, signifying our vow to accept it back at any point, give it some TLC if needed, or resize it when it gets handed down. When it comes to making a real commitment, you’ve got us wrapped around your finger.

Cadman has been manufacturing jewellery in Canada since 1932 and has developed a reputation for excellent product quality and customer service. We stand behind our workmanship.

However, we understand that from time to time problems may arise. We committed to working with our customers to ensure effective, fair resolution of any such issues. We offer a lifetime guarantee against breakage on all our wedding bands. If a customer has a problem with any Cadman product, we ask that you contact our customer service department at 1-800-265-5790 and we will advise on the appropriate steps to take, on an individual basis.

All returns must include the original invoice number. All goods 6 months or older will be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge.
